"I just can't love this production of Phantom enough to give it a five star rating. The vocals and orchestra were wonderful, but the physical production was lacking. The chandelier is supposed to fall onto the stage, but in this production, it fell into the audience far short of the stage. The scene where Raoul is asking Christine to decide between him and Columbus Crew 2 has Raoul in a noose, and when Columbus Crew 2 severs the rope of the noose, it should fall to the floor. In this production, it fell partially to the floor, and the wire holding it was very visible. Great story, great music, but the total production was not ready for prime time."
